All I can say is ventrino really needs to get it together. I am sorry about the site be off line for the last couple of hours.
I have never owned a trial subscription from these guys, I have spent a lot of money with them to get all my sites set up correctly, I have not been on their server for months now.
Anyway, I finally figured out what file to upload to override their bogus takeover of my site.
It looks like we have not lost any data or member info. I am glad for that.
I have put in several support tickets for them to correct their license info so this will not happen again.
The only support I got was from other TE owners who have had the same thing happen to them... three went down today.
Anyway, I promise you I am not stupid enought to build a business using a trial copy.
I am sorry and quite embarrassed that this happened to us and made us look bad.
