New Changes are Being Made
It seems that our new members are not realizing how to use the prize cash pages. Less than 5% of the new signups make any cash during their initial surfing. I have no idea why they are not clicking on the pages. I can only assume that many of these members are used to the surf for cash box and think they don't have too do anything. I am sure they are disappointed when they see no cash in their box when they are through surfing.
So, I have decided to stop using the cash prize pages and I am going back to a low basic surf for cash rate for free members. So, starting Monday, October 12th, the surf for cash box will stay on at all times.
I am going to offer monthly Pro memberships only. There will be several different memberships at different rates based on membership.
For those of you that are on the profit system, the 385 existing pro members, you will be on a set surf rate. You will need to look at the membership section in this letter and on the tools page at the new Member Information box. All the new levels are explained there.
I have come to realize that I cannot please everyone, and If I intend to stay in business I have to do what is right for the business. I believe that I am being fair to all stakeholders in the Godfather Traffic Exchange.
I have been running specials all week at ridiculously low prices to try and generate new sales and of the 3800 members we have, 12 took advantage of them so....
I have decided to do away with yearly and lifetime memberships. They cost the site way too much in the long run. Those of you that already have them, well of course, you are just lucky. The lifetime memberships are good for life, the yearly memberships have nine more months on them but will not be able to be renewed once they run out. Some of you got a year's membership for $6.95. I must have been crazy!
I am going to a monthly system of various prices for different surf for cash rates, much like other sites that have been around for a while. You will see the new rates in the section called member levels. I am also going to post the information on the tools page so all new members can read about them as soon as they join.
Also, I am giving away too many hits and all of you know it. Some of you are sitting with tens of thousands of hits and you are not even converting them to banner or text impressions so your ads will rotate. That is not too smart in my opinion. I am making all pro surf ratios 1 to 1, free members will surf at 2 for 1. Triple Surf Sunday will be no more. I have other plans for Sunday, see the next section.
If you pro members continue to have way more hits than you need... you will never spend any more money on my site, thus the site will not prosper. I have had members writing me asking me to please adjust the rate of hits given out, so I am doing just that. Pro members will be compensated by having a better Surf for Cash rate, as well as a 30% commission structure.
Just so you know, the average payout per member has been $45.59 through Oct 10th. Over $6000 has been paid out in commissions and the average wait time was less than 2 hours.
Some of you have had to wait longer periods over the last 2-3 weeks to get paid. This is due to lack of sales and me having to find the cash necessary and get it transferred into the proper accounts. I cannot continue to just pay money into GT out of my pocket unless the members are going to support it. Some of you need to look at what you have earned and invest some back into the community. You know that I am an honest Admin that makes sure his people get paid. You need to support the family and what we are trying to do here.
Until sales pick up it is going to take longer than usual to get your pay tickets paid, but they will be paid. Many sites like easyhits4u pay weekly, others monthly. That is because sales fluctuate and when they do cash reserves have to been moved to make payments happen, this is common to business. At GT, we have never experienced this until the last of September, when many new sites opened at once drawing away a lot of our normal surfers. I am working on new promotions to get the traffic back up to what we are used too.

if you like the site, then promote it. There are new splash pages in the downlne box. We have referral contests every week where you can pick up extra cash for signing up free members. You can get paid on 26 different Products.
Super "Trivia" Sunday
I have decided to expand the Trivia Games on the site. Starting on Monday, Oct. 12th. We are going to change the name of the Trivia to "Godfather Trivia" rather than Gangster Trivia. We are going to have 6 different categories, one for each day of the week, Mon-Sat and on Sunday we will have all 6 categories. There will be 2 games on each day and 6 games on Sunday. Because we are going back to a surf for cash system. I will be adjusting the amounts being paid for each question so that our Trivia program remains within the budget.
Here are the categories I am going to start with:
Mon - Movies
Tues - Television
Wed - World History
Thurs - Music
Fri - Current Global Events
Sat - Sports
Sun - All 6 categories.
I will be making the questions a little harder. Most of you have been using Google just a little too much. So, I am going to make you work harder for the answer. In reality, the games are designed to see who actually recognizes the pictures and knows the answer without research. I know some our our international members are not familiar with American Pop Culture so I have allowed it. But I am going to have more International questions in the mix.
I have had a lot of comments from members about how much they enjoy the trivia games and competition So, that is why I have decided to expand the games.
In the new Trivia Games, only Pro Members will be able to receive cash prizes. Free members will receive hits and banner impressions for correct answers. I have found that 99% of the members that play are pro members anyway, so that will be one more reason for free members to upgrade.

New Membership Level Update
Here are the new current memberships offered at GT:
Free Member - Free members will be able to surf for cash at at rate of .10 cents per 1000. Cash earned by free members can be used to upgrade or buy products, but not to cash out. Only pro members can cash out. There are plenty of options for free members to upgrade if they want to be paid in cash through PayPal and Alert Pay. All free members will be paid a 10% commission on upgrades and product sales of the people they refer. There are 26 ways to earn cash. Free members will be paid .10 for every new member they refer that activates within the first 72 hours of joining.
Bronze Level - This membership will sell for $3.95 monthly, surf for cash at .25 cents per 1000. Can play all trivia games and will receive 30% commission on all upgrades and sales. This member will be paid .15 Cents for each new referral that activates within 72 hours.
Silver Level - This membership will sell for $6.95 monthly, surf for cash at .40 cents per 1000. Can play all trivia games and will receive 30% commission on all upgrades and sales. This member will be paid .20 Cents for each new referral that activates within 72 hours.
Gold Level - This membership will sell for $9.95 monthly, surf for cash at .60 cents per 1000. Can play all trivia games and will receive 30% commission on all upgrades and sales. This member will be paid .25 Cents for each new referral that activates within 72 hours.
Platinum Level - This membership will sell for $19.95 monthly, surf for cash at 1.00 per 1000. Can play all trivia games and will receive 30% commission on all upgrades and sales. This member will be paid .30 Cents for each new referral that activates within 72 hours.
Diamond Level - This membership will sell for $29.95 monthly, surf for cash at 1.50 per 1000. Can play all trivia games and will receive 30% commission on all upgrades and sales. This member will be paid .40 Cents for each new referral that activates within 72 hours.
Godfather Level - This membership will sell for $39.95 monthly, surf for cash at 2.00 per 1000. Can play all trivia games and will receive 30% commission on all upgrades and sales. This member will be paid .50 Cents for each new referral that activates within 72 hours.
Also, as soon as I get the debt of the site down I am going to lower the Payout levels for each membership. If sales pick up, I am hoping to do this by November at the latest. Bronze, Silver and Gold will drop to $15, Platinum and Diamond will be $10 and Godfather Level will not have a minimum payout level. But... like I said I have to get the debt of the site under control first. One way you can help me is to promote the site.
Of the existing members I am thinking that 6mo and yearly will drop to $15. Lifetime will not have a minimum, so help me to help you. I will lower it as soon as it is feasable.
Family members this is my last attempt to make this work. I have tried many things to get you to respond. I may own the site but it is up to you to help me get GT to the level we all want I cannot do it by myself.
New Splash Pages
There are seven new splash pages to promote the site. To see them go to the downline box and click on splash pages. Put them on the other sites you deal with and watch how it will start to attract those you are interested in building their businesses. I am working on some new training you can use.
Godfather Referral Contests
As mention earlier I am not going to run any contests. I see very little effort being made from the membership. I will still keep track of how many new members are brought in each week and each referrer will be paid according to their membership level. Of the existing pro members, 6mo will be paid .15 cents per referral, 1yr and Lifetime will be paid .25 per referral. All new members must activate within 72 hours for payment.
Daily Sponsor ads...
The Daily sponsor ad, which is the first page to show in the surf bar to each member as they enter to surf, will no longer be auctioned off. It will become a paid to get feature of our site. The site averages on a slow day about 250 unique surfers and so that spot will start selling for $7.95 per week. Your site will run from midnight on Sunday evening until 11:00PM the following Sunday. Bookings for this spot will come on a first come first serve basis and must be paid for by a cash sale from either PayPal or Alert Pay. I expect the spots to be booked months in advance. With the new changes I expect traffic to double and triple over the next few weeks. But for now the cost is only $7.95 so book it quick. To book your space send me a support ticket and I will tell you how to do it.
Solo Ads are Hot!....
I am going to post the members who still have solo ads available on the member info page this week. Each member needs to go there and see what you have if anything. Then let me know if you are going to use them, sell them, whatever. We need to get solo ads going!
The solo ads now sell for $9.95. We are currently at 3800+ members. They will go up to $12.95 when we reach 4000 members and $14.95 when we reach 5000 members. You can buy these or any product by using your cash credits in your cash account if your wish.
Right now, I only send out a maximum of 7 solo ads a day. So, first come first serve. You must contact me by support ticket to have your solo ad box turned on.
I will check to make sure everything is working before I send it out. Once I send it out, it will disappear from your solo box. So, if the ad is still in your box, it has not been sent yet.
All of the ads will be preset with 50 hits you can offer as much as 100 hits to get a better response. I will place 7500 hits into your account once it is sent. That is 150 guaranteed hits from your solo ad. We have had as many as 22 sign ups reported from a single mailing.
The site will always pay the viewer the amount you offer even if your account is empty. If you offer more than 50 hits and your account becomes a negative balance it is up to you to buy the additional hits to make it positive again or you can surf to make it positive. Do not write me a ticket asking me to cover it. I cover you for 150 clicks and I give you 7500 hits to cover that. I am not in the business of just giving away free hits.
IMPORTANT: Godfather Traffic is a family community. We all support each other by receiving these emails. If I look at your account and see that you have turned off the feature to receive my solo ads. You will not be eligible for any prizes, contest earnings or surf for cash money! We expect all our members to help each other. A new member cannot come to our site and take our cash and not be a part of our system.
Pay to Click ads are needed!....
Family members are writing me everyday asking me to provide more PTC ads for them, well family members... for only .1 cent per click, all of you should be taking advantage of that. Everyday, that is the first place members will go to earn cash! Take advantage of it! You can get 500 guarantee visitors to your site for only $4.95, for pro members it is even less than that because of your discount! Members can only click on your ad once, so it is unique advertising.
If you haven't been to the "View Adverts" box on your tools page, you need to check it out. There are currently 6 ads being shown and room for plenty more. You get paid 1 cent to look at an ad for 30 seconds. You can only look at it once per week. This is a fast way to get 100's of visitors quickly to your offer. If you look at the Manage Campaign box you will see 6 different options for buying pay to click ads. They pay up to .10 cents per click.
This will be a powerful revenue for the site as there is no limit as to how many of these pay to click ads we can run. If you think solo ads are hot wait until you see the results from these. You can buy these ads by using your cash credits in your account if you wish.
Featured Family Member of the Week:
This week I am proud to introduce to the family Edward Lee from Hong Kong! Edward joined on July 7th and was one of our first members from Hong Kong. Submitting sites, banners and text ads to the system
When you submit your websites to the system DO NOT allocate any hits to them until they are approved. If you do allocate hits to the site and it is not approved, you could lose your hits. I am tired of having to go back into your system and give you hits back when you should wait until they are approved.
Many of you are not reading the user agreement. We do not accept pages in any language but English! I know we have a lot of French and Spanish speaking members but the rule is English. I have to be able to approve the content and I can't do that if I can't read the content. OK?
No rotators, no FRAME BREAKERs. If your webpage causes one of my surfer to leave the surf bar because your page forwards them to it, that page will be removed and YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HITS. I can't make it any clearer than that. So, don't get upset at me when you break the rules and this happens. I try to give you a lot of warnings.
No Naughty pages, no porn, no almost porn. I am a Christian man, and if it offends me, it will not be put on my sites. Any of them! No filthy jokes or language! Be respectful on my site. There are a lot of site owners that like that junk, I do not.
Support Area Hours
I am in the Pacific Standard time zone. I am not available from 12:00AM until 7:00AM, I have to sleep sometime. I am not available on Sundays from 7:30AM to 12:00PM, I am at church. I am a worship leader and I am not available during these times. Most all other time I am available. I usually can get to your questions within an hour, sometime 2 hours, seldom is it longer than that. I make payments as soon as I can. It depends on how many come in each day and if I have to transfer funds. If you want Alert Pay, it could take longer depending on funds available in Alert Pay, we do mostly Pay Pal pay outs.
