Hello Family Members,
I want to wish everyone happy holidays! This is one of my favorite times of the year. Family is very important to me and I enjoy spending time with mine. Since you are also part of my extended family too, I want to share some thoughts and ideas for this coming year. So, this letter is going to give you some straight talk from me about what we need to do to become a premier traffic exchange in the coming year. I am very excited that we have reached 4500 members and we continue to grow each day. Tough Decisions to make ...
Soon we will have been open for 6 months and will reach over 5000 members. I feel that we have done some things right and a lot of things wrong. I am trying to correct those things that are not helping our site. I like offering a better surfing experience for my surfers and so I try to offer sometimes too much in trying to please everyone. All members are important to me from free members to Lifetime members. I want to offer benefits that will make all members want to surf our site daily and use our many services.
Here is what I have found out lately. I offered six levels of surf for cash subscriptions. Each one paying a return of at least 150% profit per month. I had only 21 members take advantage of these surf for cash memberships. Then I had over 50% of them cancel the memberships after being paid. Now, that to me is cheating my site and reason to do what I should have done a long time ago. Surf for Cash is not happening on this site!
I am tired of trying to please people who really don't support this site more that taking cash from us. We are a traffic exchange. We offer traffic that is what we are about. We are not some Illegal scheme to give you a return on your investment for paying a monthly fee.
So, I am going to concentrate all my services and promotions on offering great traffic deals and very little on surf for cash.
Effective immediately, I am going to offer only one surf for cash membership for $9.95 per month at .35 per 1000. If you want to receive money for surfing you must buy this monthly membership. All current pro members will no longer receive surf for cash benefits unless you sign up for this membership. It will NOT be a subscription. You will have to take the responsibility of renewing it every month.
I am also going to take the limit off of surfing. Effective immediately we will be an unlimited surf site from now on. We have over 10,000 URLs in the system so I am not worried about our customers not getting a good value from their hit purchasing. I will be watching the surfing habits of our members and I will delete any member not following my surfing rules!
Those members who have purchased one of the subscription surf for cash will be allowed to finished their current monthly subscription at an unlimited surfing, so take advantage. It will be over once your subscription ends this month. You will have to purchase the new $9.95 membership if you want to continue surf for cash with no limit in the future. All your subscriptions will be cancelled.
Free members will no longer get surf for cash either. They can earn cash by referring others or clicking on the PTC ads and playing Trivia. I will allow free members to earn from trivia answers from now on too. Once they have enough money to upgrade they can cash out like a pro member.
For all my existing pro members who have not yet made a good profit on their original investment you can send me a support ticket and I will give you a month subscription to the surf for cash unlimited to help you make your original investment and some profit since we are stopping Surf for cash for all those non subscription pro members. Again, I want my members to be happy and profitable.
These will be the normal membership levels along with the one surf for cash membership.
1yr Pro New - This membership sells for $9.95. It is for those members that are not interested in surf for cash and want to build good traffic to their sites for marketing. The best features are a solo ad to the entire membership ($7.95 value), 7 second timer, $10 min payout, instant daily payouts on all new cash sales and 30% commissions on all sales. Payouts must be requested by support ticket. You cash box will say $25 is the minimum but your membership allows you to ask for payout at $10.
Lifetime Pro New - This membership sells for $29.95 for a limited time. It is for the serious marketers that want maximum traffic to their sites immediately. The best features are 5 solo ads ($39.75 value), 1-PTC1000 ad ($7.95 value), 1 Featured Daily Surf Bar ad (Be the first ad shown for 24 hours), 10,000 hits, 10,000 banners and 10,000 text impressions, 5 second surf timer, no minimum payout level and instant daily payouts on all new cash sales. 30% commissions on all upgrades and sales for life! All payouts have to be by support ticket. You cash box will say $25 is the minimum but your membership allows you to ask for payout at anytime.
These memberships are excellent value and you should promote them while they are hot. Look for new splash pages promoting these new offers!
Member Payouts and timelines!
A lot of members have had to wait a while to get paid. We paid out over $1200 in commission in November according to the timelines in the last newsletter. There are still more that need to be paid and I am working on that. It doesn't help when subscription members taking 150% profit and canceling their memberships without renewing. With no renewals it is hard to count on a certain cash flow each month. They had no reason not to renew since they were paid first!
I am doing new promotions to bring in members that are not surf for cash members. This will bring a lot of additional cash flow and we should get all caught up soon. Just be patient. By stopping the outflow of cash to members not putting cash in, it will allow the site's debt to be paid off and we will be paying within hours again soon. If you have any questions just send me a support ticket. I have accounting on every member.
New Account Information with Payouts.
Those of you that received payments this month got a new accounting statement showing your record of payments, purchases and how much profit you have earned from this site. Some of you have done very well earning as much as 1447% profit already! You can earn a good income if you promote, surf and invest into things like solo and PTC ads for your business ventures. Please look for this information when you receive a notice of payment being sent.
Trivia Games Are Doing Well
Godfather Trivia can be played by free and pro members. Members receive 50 prizes daily for playing! There are 6 different categories, one for each day of the week, Mon-Sat and on Sunday we will have all 6 categories and give away 300 prizes! There will be 2 games on each day and 6 games on Sunday. Each game has a potential of 50 winners.
The prizes available to win are: 1 Yr Pro memberships (not on Sundays), solo ads, PTC ads, 2500, 1500, 1000, and 500 banner ad impressions, 2500, 1500, 1000, and 500 text impressions, $1, .75, .50 cents, .25 cents, .10 Cents, and 05 cents cash payments.
Here is how it works - A list is created with numbers 1-50. Next to each number on the list is the prize for that day. As you surf and get a correct answer you are told what number you are and what you have won according to the list. The prizes are credited to your account at the end of each game. You never know what you are going to win and that is what makes it exciting!

New Membership Requirements
Since we are moving to a no surf limit there will be additional member requirements. There is always some bad that comes with the good right? :0)
Each member will be required to have a number of active web sites as well as banner and text ads in rotation for the amount your surfing daily:
0 -1000 pages surfed - 2 websites in rotation, 1 banner ad and 1 text ad.
1001 -1500 pages surfed - 4 websites in rotation, 2 banner ads and 2 text ads
1501 -2000 pages surfed - 6 websites in rotation, 3 banner ads and 3 text ads
2001 -2500 pages surfed - 8 websites in rotation, 4 banner ads and 4 text ads
2500+ pages surfed - 10 websites in rotation, 5 banners ads and 5 text ads.
If you surf more than your are allowed you will be warned once to bring your account to the requirements by adding sites, banner and text ads. If you don't have any banner or text ad credits you can convert your surf points to banner and text ads credits. this way you are not accumulating 100's of thousands of points and sitting on them. Use your surf credits so the site gives everyone traffic!
I will be auditing the accounts of my lifetime members. You are the ones that are showing the least activity. I will look to see how many surf credits you have in relationship to your websites, banner ads and text ads in rotation.
Here are the new requirements. If you have the following number of surf credits in your account:
000000 - 50,000 - 2 websites in rotation, 1 banner ad and 1 text ad.
50,000 - 99,999 - 5 websites in rotation, 2 banner ads and 2 text ads
100,000 - 150,000 - 10 websites in rotation, 5 banner ads and 5 text ads
You are not allowed to have more than 150,000 hits in reserve in your account. You must use the excess amount by converting them to banner and text ad credits by using the "convert box" on your tools page or allocating them to your 10 websites.
If you do not follow these rules you will be warned once only. Then your site will be tagged and you will not be able to receive any cash payments until your site is brought into compliance.
All members must surf at least 100 pages every 60 days or your account will become inactive and your sites will stop receiving hits and you will not be eligible to be paid.
All of these rules will be added to the user agreement page in our terms and conditions.
Getting Paid for Referrals
Payments will be applied to account this week for all referrals since Oct. 19th. I have tagged certain accounts and I am watching for cheating using dynamic IP generation. I will be deleting any account without notice if I catch you creating false info on accounts. If you are doing this... go somewhere else and surf. We don't need you on this site!
No one is paid until accounts have been audited and are in order to meet member requirements. That is another reason it is taking longer for members to get paid.
I want to thank the vast majority of our family for being honest and decent people who want to earn income fairly and treat others the same way.
I will be paying all the legitimate referrals immediately.
Daily Sponsor ads...
The Daily sponsor ad, which is the first page to show in the surf bar to each member as they enter to surf, will no longer be auctioned off. It will become a paid-to-get feature of our site.
So, if you want to get your site seen First.... by every surfer that surfs our site for a week... it will only cost $7.95 per week or $24.95 per month for guaranteed unique visitors.

Solo Ads Only $7.95
The solo ads are now $7.95. We are currently at over 4500+ members. You can buy these or any product by using your cash credits in your cash account if you wish or Alert Pay and PayPal.
Right now, I only send out a maximum of 7 solo ads a day. So, first come first serve. You must contact me by support ticket to have your solo ad box turned on.
Many of you have won solo ads while playing Trivia. You need to use your solo ads. Go to your solo ad boxes and you will see the box is ready for your ad.
IMPORTANT: Godfather Traffic is a family community. We all support each other by receiving these emails. If I look at your account and see that you have turned off the feature to receive my solo ads. You will not be eligible for any prizes, contest earnings or surf for cash money! We expect all our members to help each other.
Pay to Click ads are growing!....
You will notice there are a lot of new PTC ads in PTC ads box on the bottom of your tools page. Everyday, that is the first place members will go to earn cash! Take advantage of it! You can get 500 guarantee visitors to your site for only $2.95, for pro members it is even less than that because of your discount! Members can only click on your ad once every 10 days, so it is unique advertising.
If you haven't been to the "View Adverts" box on your tools page, you need to check it out. There are currently 8 ads being shown and room for plenty more. You get paid 1 - 10 cents to look at an ad for 20 seconds. You can only look at it once per 10 days. This is a fast way to get 100's of visitors quickly to your offer. If you look at the Manage Campaign box you will see 6 different options for buying pay to click ads. They range from $2.95 to $19.95. They pay up to .10 cents per click.
This will be a powerful revenue for the site as there is no limit as to how many of these pay to click ads we can run. If you think solo ads are hot wait until you see the results from these. You can buy these ads by using your cash credits in your account if you wish.
Housekeeping...
Submitting sites, banners and text ads to the system
When you submit your web sites to the system DO NOT allocate any hits to them until they are approved. If you do allocate hits to the site and it is not approved, you could lose your hits. If you try to submit sites before reading our user agreement and they violate our agreement, I will remove them immediately and you will lose your hits. When you submit a site for approval, put a zero in the allocate box, this way you will never lose any hits. YOu can allocate hits once it is approved.
The problem is many of you are not reading the user agreement. We do not accept pages in any language but English! I know we have a lot of French and Spanish speaking members but the rule is English. I have to be able to approve the content and I can't do that if I can't read the content. OK?
No rotators, no FRAME BREAKERs. If your web page causes one of my surfer to leave the surf bar because your page forwards them to it, that page will be removed and YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HITS. I can't make it any clearer than that. So, don't get upset at me when you break the rules and this happens. I try to give you a lot of warnings.
No Naughty pages, no porn, no almost porn. I am a Christian man, and if it offends me, it will not be put on my sites. Any of them! No filthy jokes or language! Be respectful on my site. There are a lot of site owners that like that filth, I do not.
Support Area Hours
I am in the Pacific Standard time zone. I am not available from 12:00AM until 7:00AM, I have to sleep sometime. I am not available on Sundays from 7:30AM to 12:00PM, I am at church. I am a worship leader and I am not available during these times. Most all other time I am available. I usually can get to your questions within an hour, sometime 2 hours, seldom is it longer than that. I make payments as soon as I can. It depends on how many come in each day and if I have to transfer funds. If you want to be paid in Alert Pay, it will take longer depending on funds available in Alert Pay, we do mostly Pay Pal pay outs.
