Step 3 - Put it in your calendar now (plus a warning)

Right now, put it on your calendar or set up a reminder
on your phone, or wherever, to touch base with me
at least once a week. This is mandatory…

In my experience, there are two reasons why people
fail to achieve their expected level of success while
in my program. They are:

1. Failure to act.

The timeline in achieving a dream goes like this:

Idea > Emotion > Desire > Massive, Determined Action > Achievement

It starts with a simple idea. If that idea touches a nerve,
then it sparks an emotion. If that emotion is strong enough,
a desire is launched. If that desire is strong enough, you
begin to act on that desire. If your action is determined
enough, and you put forth the amount needed, then
you achieve your desire.

Think of your wholesaling business as a job. What would
happen if you didn’t show up to work one day? You may
be fired. But, even if you aren’t, work would suffer.

Same thing here.

If you fail to work on your business, daily, then work will
suffer. Success in business takes massive action. You must
be prepared to take massive action, and to stop at nothing,
till you have achieved your goal.

2. Failure to engage me.

The other reason some fail in this program is they make
most of the decisions on their own. They will stray from
my marketing recommendations, and when the phone
doesn’t ring, they get frustrated.

I should be the one frustrated.

I give you a step-by-step blueprint to flipping houses.
You need to follow it. And, when you have questions
or comments, you need to send them my way. If you
want to deviate from the plan, make sure you run it
by me first. Don’t act and then complain. Ask first.

And, make sure to keep me abreast of what is going
on in your business. There is no judgment on my end.
So, it doesn’t matter where you’ve been or what you’ve
done (or not done). Just get with me. Talk to me. Send
me your leads. Discuss your marketing strategy with
me. Keep me in the loop on everything regarding
your business.

If you put forth massive action, and engage me often,
there is no doubt that you will be successful. Failure
on either of these will result in failure, almost guaranteed.
