Is football violent? It may seem so... this weekend, Nigel de Jong (picture above) broke Hatem Ben Arfa's leg and didn't even get a yellow card. Remember, this same Nigel De Jong had kicked Xavi Alonso in the chest during the World Cup final.
Such stories and such injuries are a bit too recurrent these days. Referees should perhap's be more severe, don't you think?
