| Hi It's finally the weekend and time to enjoy some beautiful weather. We had a great week here at SREC. I took some time with Justin Colby, of the podcast "The Science of Flipping," to talk about the real estate market, his best strategies for finding wholesale deals, and much more. And as you know, we work really hard at SREC to produce valuable REI content for you. We were rewarded with a move up to #22 in the iTunes_ category "What's Hot in Investing."
