| Hey We're into the month of June and the official start to summer is rapidly approaching. Our SREC team has been working hard, so we moved our team meeting last Friday to America's Roller Coast, Cedar Point. We had an awesome day, it was HOT out and we got to ride their newest floorless coaster, Rougarou. One thing we talked about as a team is how no matter what department we're in, we all hear the same thing - questions about funding. Today, I want to walk you through a property we just started rehabbing that one of my students, Nick Zalonis, purchased and is using our Freedom Funding program to finance the project. We saw the potential in the property he found and knew it was a great deal, so we're funding it. Simple as that!
