Important: Our privacy policy and terms are changing

Dear Sony Sen,

We would like to inform you that we have updated the Skrill (Moneybookers) Account Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

The changes that have been made will take effect by 25/05/2012. Please refer to the links included for details.

We have initiated these changes for the following reasons:

Regulatory Updates: Since the introduction of the Electronic Money Regulations 2011, industry regulators have issued further guidance on some of the new rules. The changes incorporate these recommendations.
Re-branding and Clarity: In line with our rebrand to Skrill, we have added reference to Skrill within both documents to align this with the brand experience that you have. In addition, we have clarified a number of the provisions, including adding headings and clause numbers for your ease of reference.
Processes: We have clarified some of the processes and timescales within which you should exercise your rights under both the Skrill (Moneybookers) Account Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy to provide a clearer understanding.
Operational: We have clarified some of the operational service levels you shall receive from us, especially how fast your uploads are available for you.
Foreign Exchange Fee Increase: We have increased the foreign exchange fee in the "Fees" section. This increase shall not apply to you if you have been granted VIP status (level of Silver, Gold or Diamond) in accordance with the Skrill VIP Terms and Conditions or if you are using your Skrill (Moneybookers) Account for commercial purposes. Please note that no other changes to the fees associated to your Skrill (Moneybookers) Account have been made.

Please read the updated documents and keep a copy for future reference.

  1. Skrill or Greedll, the latter usually applies in cases like yours, has extremely stupid rules for withdrawals. You can deposit money to your account without a problem or being verified, but when it comes to withdrawal, you have to have your account fully verified 'for security reasons'. So when you deposit money in the first place, security is not important in terms of NEW money entering the system. But when it comes out, for sure they will do everything possible to keep it longer in the system. Visit this xchanger and learn, how to deposit money in skrill from pakistan
