STOP stretching (NOW)

That's right I said STOP stretching but...

Warming up is key to any workout and preventing energy but

A study that came out of the United States Military Academy found
that when men did "dynamic stretching" aka calisthenics actually
helped men...

 - Sprint Faster

 - Throw farther and

 - Jump higher

While the normal stationery stretching did not accomplish
the same thing.

So not only is calisthenics going to help you get loose but also
fire up your muscles and enhance your performance.

Big picture make sure to do 30 seconds of Jumping Jacks
and some other movement like push ups are circles etc.
(at least 30 seconds of each movement)
